Rude employees who insult you before walking in their super sketchy residence which was very hard to find. Very uncomfortable setting and was not informed of products they were using and my face was left burning from product that wasn’t taken off properly. She had Christmas music during my facial- not relaxing at all. I was checked out by the same person who did my facial and was asked to leave a tip since it was a Groupon purchase. Very awkward. Riverwood spa is the place to go! Small and quaint location, homey and clean facility. I have been 2-3 times and all my massages have been wonderful! I usually get couples massages, and they do not disappoint. Great pricing as well!
Rachel is the BEST! I always feel so relaxed after my facials, and we have seen awesome progress with my complexion. She's been a saving grace for me with all of the stress from 2020. Highly recommend her!
My husband I and bought the couples massage by Jennifer with facial by Lauryn (the 2 hour romance package) on Dec 2nd and it was AMAZING! This is one of the rare occasions we have gone out since coronavirus started and it was worth every second. The staff was friendly, professional and followed all safety precautions. We are already planning our next visit!! Thank you again Jennifer and Lauryn.
Great place to go for a relaxing massage. I got a deep tissue massage from Jason, which as a runner, felt amazing on my tired body! I picked up a few of the natural soaps and the Fire Cider for my nagging cough. Rachel, the owner, makes these and they are great! Definitely a go-to spot!
