I would never in my life again stay here or at any 1st lake.. Yes it is convenient for the time and cheap to stay out in River ridge but never again. First and foremost, I was locked out of on my apartment at 2 o’clock on a Saturday,call the emergency number and they told me that I had to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket to get my door unlocked instead of them;Riverwood unlocking it, their selves. My experience here at Riverwood has been great! It’s a quiet little apartment complex. Everyone has been very considerate, friendly, and helpful- including the manager Farrah and the whole maintenance team. They are on top of it (maintenance requests are settled in a quick and efficient manner)! I highly recommend 1st Lake and the Riverwood complex for housing needs.
Worst place we ever lived. First off as soon we moved on dryer never worked too months for them to fix it.Farrah the property manger a complete joke. Besides all the outdated appliances and stained up walls/carpet when we moved it the real icing on the cake was when the upstairs neighbors flooded out bathroom out and they came to fix the leak but left up with a big hole in the ceiling growing mold. We called multiple times to have them come back out and Farrah of course did nothing. So after months we left, how could we live... read more
The property manager, Farrah, went above and beyond to facilitate my move-in! She literally made herself available for my every beck and call, then prompted me anytime I needed to submit or update information. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the building aesthetically pleasing and are quick to respond to service requests. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the building/staff and would highly recommend for prospective residents
Ww have been here for s few months and RIVERWOOD apartments are great specially Ms. Farah.. her attention to detail and residents service it's unmatched...she genuinely cares and is always willing to help Definitely recommend Riverwood to others
