Room and hotel are great. Bar and breakfast are sub par and expensive 15$ per person for cold buffet with no flavor. 20$ for N/A beer and vodka water!🤔

I enjoyed staying here during my travel assignment; however, the last time I stayed here, I was overcharged multiple times for things such as room tax, city tax, early check-in, etc. I contacted staff about it, and only after I attempted multiple times did someone actually do something about it. I contacted staff again for a price breakdown of my refund as it didn’t equate to all the multiple charges I’ve received. It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received a response about it. We booked through Expedia for one night and paid 300 for two rooms. I was told breakfast was included or I never would have agreed to pay that price. In the morning the kids went down to eat, being that they’re teenagers I let them go ahead and said I’d be down later. I was then called by my son, he said the hotel staff just gave them 115.00 bill and when he told them it was included they said no he needed to pay it. Great location, good parking. Breakfast is $15 per person, which we declined. Didn't seem worth it. Hot tub was good, pool very cold. Wallpaper in room had some stains, and the bathroom vent was clogged with dust.
