Great place to work on your smile
I came in for an extraction of a wisdom tooth. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the Dr Eldin and the dental assistant. They made me feel comfortable and confident of their competency. The exaction was far from routine. I commend them on an excellent job.
I have been a patient here for Almost 10 years. The staff still has no idea who you are either by name or face. The overall dentistry seems to be fine. The X-RAY technician is very rude and condescending. Not sure why she is in a position to deal with paying patients. Really uncomfortable dealing with her. I’m sure there are many people who would be grateful to have a job. After her rude attitude towards me I have finally had it and found a new dental facility.
Yesterday I had and appointment to get some fillings done. When you first walk in your greeted at the window then the receptionist checks you in and you sit down until your name is called. So my name is called I go in and there's another friendly smile getting you ready for your dental work. After everything is done I walk back up to the front and I'm greeted again by another beautiful smile. So I pay my co-pay with my personal card. Do not recommend. They do not care if you are uncomfortable. Also takes very long. Karen is extremely rude and most of the other dental assistants seemed annoyed and unhappy. Do not come here.
