I almost didn't leave a review just so I could leave 0 stars. Toilet fill valve broke and the landlords sent out a maintenance person who didn't fix the problem at all. I was receiving alerts from the City of Rock Hill stating "48 hours of running water HIGH USAGE ALERT." Turns out, I was using 148 gallons of water per hour and the City of Rock Hill had a representative reach out to me concerning my well being. We have lived here for about 6 months and have been impressed with the hardworking maintenance people. The landscaping and common areas are constantly being maintained and managed. The office staff is always accessible if you stop by the office. The employees are very friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Other than having my car broken into and being chased by an occasional pit bull, it's a great place to live...
