If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been living here for almost one year and can say it is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They don’t address noisy neighbors literally having raging parties. There is a massive issue with “lost” packages. There are nasty leaks in every building. My roommate and I took a tour with Ayanna today and she made us really want to live at Riverwalk. She was so knowledgeable & helpful! We are hopeful that we end up living here!
We enjoyed our tour very much. Ayanna did a great job of explaining everything and taking us around. We were well informed to make a decision.
If you’re on the fence, spend the extra couple hundred to live at Birch or Matson. After a few months here, the negative reviews hold water. Management is a difficult. Tara has been unprofessional— and just unpleasant to deal with. It's shocking how tenants are treated. The building is in rough shape. Besides the clubhouse, common areas are dirty and neglected. Hallways smell, walls are scuffed, elevators are painfully slow and often damaged, and handrails were removed months ago and never replaced. I don’t blame maintenance... read more
This review is specifically for Karen in the leasing office. She was beyond helpful with the touring and application process. I could not tour in person and she was able to help me complete a virtual tour and answered all of my emails in a timely manner either over the phone or email. She made a stressful situation go very smoothly and I am grateful for her help!
