Lived here for 4 years. My experience was pretty good. The maintenance people are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly for your unit. Additionally, I have met a lot of young people in this community, and if you are in your 20s/30s, this community is a great spot to meet people around the same age. On the negative side, there are many problems that go ignored or have not been fixed such as the garage door being broken for months as well as elevators and elevator buttons being broken. I had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline. She called me this morning after I left a message yesterday evening. She was concise but very informative and I even complimented her on the consultative approach. She obviously knew her stuff and I was very surprised to find out that she had only been there for two weeks. She was good with the rapport and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and again, I was incredibly surprised to hear that she was only there for two weeks. I had a really good experience living at Riverwalk Conshohocken. It’s in a peaceful location, and being so close to the river, the train station, and the running trail was something I really appreciated. Our apartment was comfortable, and the maintenance team was always helpful and quick to take care of things whenever needed. Overall, it was a great place to live.
