The property manager, Tara, is extremely rude and condescending. Rarely do you experience someone so miserable for no real reason. We recently moved to Riverwalk, and so far we’ve had a wonderful experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the walking trail by the river, and all the amenities. It already feels like home for our family. Lived here for 4 years. My experience was pretty good. The maintenance people are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly for your unit. Additionally, I have met a lot of young people in this community, and if you are in your 20s/30s, this community is a great spot to meet people around the same age. On the negative side, there are many problems that go ignored or have not been fixed such as the garage door being broken for months as well as elevators and elevator buttons being broken. I had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline. She called me this morning after I left a message yesterday evening. She was concise but very informative and I even complimented her on the consultative approach. She obviously knew her stuff and I was very surprised to find out that she had only been there for two weeks. I spoke with Jacqueline in the leasing office and was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to help me. There is new management here I assume, happy to finally have a great staff onsite.
