Moved in 8/11/25 and had a few work orders that I put in and Evan and Paul from maintenance showed up the following day and made sure everything got done correctly. They were very professional and helpful
I did a tour with the Assistant Community Manager Ayanna. She did a wonderful job walking me through the leasing process and answering all my questions about the property.
Tara at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic respect when handling billing concerns. She screens calls to avoid answering, hangs up mid-conversation, and speaks to residents in a rude, dismissive tone. Totally unacceptable behavior for someone in her position.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been living here for almost one year and can say it is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They don’t address noisy neighbors literally having raging parties. There is a massive issue with “lost” packages. There are nasty leaks in every building. You will never be able to get in touch with the leasing office as they do not respond to emails, calls, or voicemails. If you ever have a maintenance issue, GOOD LUCK!
