After living here for a full lease term, I would have to say that this apartment complex is a terrible place to live. Management, more specifically the property manager, Tara, is a condescending and dismissive person. Whenever I attempted to come to her with a problem of mine, I was always met with a dismissive attitude. Moved in 8/11/25 and had a few work orders that I put in and Evan and Paul from maintenance showed up the following day and made sure everything got done correctly. They were very professional and helpful
I did a tour with the Assistant Community Manager Ayanna. She did a wonderful job walking me through the leasing process and answering all my questions about the property.
Tara at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic respect when handling billing concerns. She screens calls to avoid answering, hangs up mid-conversation, and speaks to residents in a rude, dismissive tone. Totally unacceptable behavior for someone in her position.
