All the staff and Dr O'Quinn and Dr Mitchum were Superlative in caring for my 2 dogs!! Everyone treated my dogs with care like they are Family. They are to me! They have Earned a 5 Star rating!! Both of my dogs are improving every day thanks to the Exceptional Care they received. I will Highly recommend this facility to my family and friends! They Saved my Luna!! I am Soo Grateful. I had the pleasure of working with these wonderful Doctors and staff. I was new to veterinary medicine, and they took me under their wing and taught me SO MUCH. They truly care about the animals like they're their own. I definitely trust them with my own pets! I highly recommend Riverwalk Animal Hospital to anyone! I currently live in NC, and when any of our clients are moving to the Beaufort, SC area I always tell them to take their pets to Riverwalk. �
A day after my wedding our dog passed out and we rushed her to our regular vet. My regular Dr. was unable to perform the dangerous splenectomy my dog needed to survive. I've known Riverwalk for years and they calmly and quickly guided me through the process and literally saved my dog's life. Want to thank Dr. Mitchum and all staff for taking such excellent care of my Axel! It was a long and frustrating recovery but y'all made it easy for us and gained a forever love from our dog! I swear he gets bummed about leaving your office! I can't thank all of you enough!! The best service and care from any vet by far!

We had a wonderful experience, not having an established veterinarian in the area and faced with one of our dogs having an injury they welcomed us and took excellent care of our precious dog child. Even a follow up phone call the next day to make sure she was doing better! Very friendly and patient with our frightened girl. :)
Do not bring your dog here they do not pay attention to your animal they spent a few minutes with my dog who developed an abscesses and did not even attempt to drain which could have prevented the situation we are in now. Her abscess burst and she is now suffering had to take her to an emergency facility where she was hooked to iv antibiotics, another thing the vet at river walk did not give my dog, which she should have started.
