RecommendedShortly after we moved here in 2007, my family found Riverwalk Animal Hospital and we couldn't be happier or more thrilled that we did. Throughout the years, we've found everyone there from the vets to the front desk staff to be incredibly warm and caring people. They treat and treated our fur babies as if they were their own and I couldn't ask for a better vet. RecommendedI have been going to Riverwalk Hospital since 2003 , they have always been kind and professional. They have taken care of my labs and boxer with the upmost care and compassion. Dr Stacy and her staff go out of their way to answer question and get results . You can see their commitment every time you walk in the front door .
RecommendedLove Riverwalk! I will never take my fur babes anywhere else. The staff is always kind and they are always on top of any issues that may arise. They also get you in quick if necessary!
☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I was just there for an appointment the vet was mad at me because she said she couldn’t find vaccines records So she yelled at me argued with me and told me to get out and never return what great service I’ll never go back there I would highly recommend going to Hilton head veterinarian next to Food Lion you Sun City people will be cheaper and more professional.

RecommendedI have had the pleasure to meet with so many wonderful people on the RAH! Dr. Akins, Windi, Deb, Lora, Nadine and Kema. They have all treated my papillons with care and kindness. Today I called and spoke to Nadine at length regarding my furbaby and she put me at ease as I waited for Dr. Akins to arrive to speak to me. All have been very kind and compassionate with my furbabies and also with me. I feel confident with everyone there. Thank You for your wonderful practice.
RecommendedMy dog, Sparky, had some kind of bacterial infection that caused his leg to swell very quickly and it was painful for him to walk. My normal vet was closed during times that are usually their normal business hours. I called Riverwalk Animal Hospital and they got my sweet boy in quickly and took such good care of him! He had tissue die and they had to surgically remove some of the tissue. He was in so much pain and it was the scariest experience of my life. RecommendedDr. Mitchum was vacationing on Daufuskie Island (where we have no veterinary clinic) and very kindly took time away from his family to see two dogs owned by low-income residents who did not have the means to take their pets over the Hilton Head. His exam and treatment of these animals could not have been more thorough nor compassionate had they belonged to wealthy owners...and he did it all without charge. Very impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and compassion.
