I have been at this apartment for about a year and 8 months. At first, the apartment was a great place to live at but for the last 8 months it's turned into a nightmare. I live on the first floor so I always have snakes or rats in my apartment. The management office always says it's part of living with "the nature". I also have a covered parking space which is part of my rental payment but I always have someone who takes up my spot.
