The nurse practitioner, Mona Patel is great! She listens and asks questions and overall is very thorough and friendly! I highly recommend her.
Horrible communication, service, and lack of care. Mona Patel was cold, rude, and dismissive to my issues and didn’t want to see my photos or learn more about my symptoms after multiple visits. After months of waiting for my turn with the surgeon, they canceled just days before. I recently had to have an ultrasound and endometrial biopsy. I have two points of feedback. Please tell your ultrasound technician that the vaginal ultrasound wand is not the stick shift of a 1967 chevy. She would move from the extreme right to the extreme left or up and down quickly and with no warning. Just whipping it around looking at the monitor and oblivious to the discomfort she was causing even after I asked her to be more purposeful in her movements. Also for the biopsy. I have been a patient at Axia for 40 years. Dr. Jacoby is always amazing. She listens to all of my concerns and answers my questions. I never feel rushed or dismissed. My most recent appt. was with the PA, Mona. She was wonderful. She walked me through the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and she did a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Jacoby and Mona.
