My mom lives in the building,horrible,horrible they take forever to fix things they always going up on rent,security let anyone and anything in the building elevators are always broken and when you take the stairs it’s always dirty and stairs fill with urine the only good thing about it is that you dnt have to pay a light bill🤷♀️
I have been living in the river view tower's for 60 years and it used be a place to call home but now it is very bad place.
The new management Sabrina is very unpleasant towards African Americans . They discriminate and only accept applications from Spanish minorities. Also the building are infested with rats and roaches and bed bugs. I have a aunt that lives on the 16th floor she’s 79 yes of age both elevators were not working she had to stay over my house for three days until they fixed the elevator…. DO NOT !!!!!!!! move here they go up on rent every year. Not to mention the crime rate is very high I witness a young man die he was gunned down ... read more
