Service pro cleaned the main hallway carpets. Today. Then left with the carpet wet to the touch and they didn't turn the climate control system back on to its normal settings now the hallway smell like wet humid nasty and almost dog like. This is exactly how you grow mold in a building in An Iowa August . Good Job High properties! Please save the excuse that Service pro is responsible for the work. Bottom line your building that means your job to verify the third party vendors do the job right. And you rarely do.
Ever since the new manager Roman started it’s been a night and day difference. Thankful for an affordable, clean building. Great neighbors, great location. Looking forward to the resident event next week!
Rent is solid, maintenance is fast, building is well built. The underground garage is nice, neighbors are chill. Dislike the edgewood traffic noise but I chose my apt so can’t knock em for that!
The one-star reviews on here are indicative of things that can't be controlled by management, such as cell phone service or tenants with children. This place is quite nice for the dollars you spend - the walls are very clean, the lighting is nice and bright, and the location is perfectly situated between Collin's Road and Cedar Rapids' south side. The parking garage is convenient and fairly priced. Quick access to interstates and restaurants. It's a lovely place to live, and I recommend it highly.
