The last 3 appointments we had were hour long waits and we were only there for medication refills. I know things happen so I made a point to make the first appointment of the day at 8:30. We were the first appointment and the Dr didn't show up until after 9:30. They would not tell me that she wasn't in the office and would only say she was the first appt. It was absolutely Ridiculous.

They need to retrain their assistants immediately especially that curly hair one with glasses she gave off unnecessary rude comment to my daughter when getting flu shots and she was scared pr and they need to clean theirs rugs it’s so filthy and the toys were dirty they have in the waiting room
