Unprofessional. Extremely no good service at all. Doesn't do email you for appointment confirmation.
My mom was a patient there. She complained of sore ears, sore jaw and a sore throat. Was never really taken seriously and kept being told, there is nothing. My mom pushed to see a specialist and they said they would book it. It took almost a full year to see them because there was no urgency. Had to call the specialists office and they advised it was not sent as urgent and she had to wait. That specialist that got the requisition was also useless because they ordered a scan of her nose up. Not where the pain was. Finally had... read more
Thank you Tara for being such a wonderful and kind receptionist - I had a concern and she went to trouble to ensure I had the outcome that made the most sense for my health and did follow up which is pretty much unheard of in 2025 never mind for a busy medical office. I appreciate you and Dr. Monil Arora so much
