I’ve been a client with my doctor for a long time. I’ve never had a problem with him but ever since he moved from embrun to Ottawa it has been hard to get an appointment with him. Not because his schedule is full it is because of the reception. You will always be put on hold without having the chance to talk before they put you on. And it will ring and not stop. I am stunned by how they treat their patients. We had an intake with them for 1pm. And we were right on time; waited till 2:30 and finally asked the receptionist what was going on? They said they were unsure of the wait time. We requested them to call us back as we would just wait in car. They never called us back. Mind you, both me and my partner missed our work day and they had 0 consideration. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Unprofessional. Extremely no good service at all. Doesn't do email you for appointment confirmation.
My mom was a patient there. She complained of sore ears, sore jaw and a sore throat. Was never really taken seriously and kept being told, there is nothing. My mom pushed to see a specialist and they said they would book it. It took almost a full year to see them because there was no urgency. Had to call the specialists office and they advised it was not sent as urgent and she had to wait.
