Honestly, I am stunned by this place. TURN AROUND and AVOID if you can. The fact that they have to buy so many 5 star reviews should tell you something. I am lucky that I don't have to deal with the doctor and staff here, but unfortunately my wife has to. NOT A SINGLE TIME we have a positive experience with them for years. I’ve been a client with my doctor for a long time. I’ve never had a problem with him but ever since he moved from embrun to Ottawa it has been hard to get an appointment with him. Not because his schedule is full it is because of the reception. You will always be put on hold without having the chance to talk before they put you on. And it will ring and not stop. I am stunned by how they treat their patients. We had an intake with them for 1pm. And we were right on time; waited till 2:30 and finally asked the receptionist what was going on? They said they were unsure of the wait time. We requested them to call us back as we would just wait in car. They never called us back. Mind you, both me and my partner missed our work day and they had 0 consideration. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
