I wanted to recognize a specific receptionist whose name is Lisa. She showed superb kindness and went out of her way to make sure that my child was taken care of. She was helpful and kind! Thank you Lisa!
I had excellent attention and care, After talking with the initial nurse and doctor it was determined that another specialist within the practice could work with my medical issues in a stronger way. My medical issues at that particlar time were attended to immediately and I was scheduled with a specialist within the staff the following week. I went to the facility to get care and the doctors will not return phones. The nurse was rude and not considerate at all. My insurance said that I do not have a co pay for urgent care or ER visits to any facility....but they have coded every visit that I had regardless if it is urgent as an office visit for me to pay my copayment. I wish there was some way that I could really give them what I rate their service !1/2 star so that there is no misunderstand that I overlook the ratings I will put 1 star.
I ran upon this while looking for another provider and I was surprised to read the reviews. Maybe it depends on time of day, what day you go...I really have no idea. The two times I have been there I thought they were very considerate. Now, it is worthy of note these visits were around 2011, 2012, but at that time I couldn't have asked for more. It was late night/early morning on both occasions so very few customers. However, my experience was actually very positive.
I agree and had a very similar experience as the user 'unicornsewr.' The absolute rudest people I have ever met in my life, and yes, they are just about shoving you in and out for whatever money they can get out of you. Not only were they rude up front, but the medication the doctor gave me caused a negative reaction. They blew me off when I complained and I ended up having to see a real doctor. This is the only place I have ever reported to the state of SC for investigation.
If you want substandard care from rude, arrogant jerks then this is the place for you! They are all about the money and don t care one bit about patients needs or issues. If you dare to complain directly to them about their poor care, rude attitudes and malfunctioning equipment, they dump you as a patient and send you on your way. You really can t expect much from an office in a former strip mall location across the road from Hooters! I m guessing they make most of their money in after hours visits from the local businesses.... read more
