I have been going here for close to 15 years and they are the best. Over the years even if my living location requires me to to drive REALLY far to keep this place as my regular Dr office, I've done it. Brian Gallagher is the greatest PA. He takes the time talk to you and see what's going on in your life and he never makes can you feel rushed or uncomfortable / embarrassed about any subject. I use to go to Dr. Nanette Myers when she was on the East Side of Bay City. She moved into this Practice,My Mom,My Sister & I followed her. We all live near Miejer on Pine..We found A FAMILY DR. at Michigan Health Services across the Road from us. The PA left,moved to Saginaw..No one replaced her so we found Primary Care Center at Uptown in The McLaren Building. All 3 of us now see Dr. Selena Ackbar. WE really like her. Long time patient of this practice ,but left because even though Dr's were great I was feed up with Rude office management
Recently saw PA Brian Gallagher, I cannot say enough about how great my appointment was. He took his time to explain everything, asked questions, and walked me through treatments. He genuinely respects and cares for his patients, never once making me feel bad or insecure . I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Not to mention the office staff and nurses were also very kind and helpful!
I've been coming to Riverview medical associates for over five years now. PA Brian Gallagher proved not only to be highly personable but extremely knowledgeable. Complete trust in this man for my healthcare. Danielle Dionne is my current PA and she too is completely competent, friendly and always spends as much time as it takes to cover all of my concerns. I love all the staff. I highly recommend this practice for all your healthcare needs.
Office personal are extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
