This is in response to the previous reviews regarding rodents/roaches. My mom lived at Riverview Manor for over 10 years. Not once did we ever see a roach or any kind of rodent. Last year they were gutting one of the recreation rooms on the ground level. Everything was down to the studs. It was then, and only then, that some people complained that somehow rodents got in. As for roaches, we never once even saw one, nor did we ever hear of anyone ever complaining about seeing any. Perhaps it was an isolated incident?

I would have loved to move in here but it only allows 1 cat. I have 2 senior cats ages 10 and 13 both are fixed and very calm. I will not give them up. They are my rescue cats. And my babies.I am gettingv a note from my doctor stating that they are therapy cats. Call this place back and no return call. Whatever.
