I live at Greenfield Park Apartments. Our unit is beautiful and we live the space. However, there are concerns. First of all, our property caretaker smells like cigarettes all the time and he calls me sweetheart, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, we received our lease renewal. And I am slow about signing these things. But all communication indicated that we had until the 30th to sign it. On the 29th, we get an email that we have not signed and are being converted to a month to month lease when our lease ends.... read more

Have not been helpful with our issues. Randomly add charges to rent. Office / building managers are nice but Joesph properties has been beating around the bush with us constantly.

I worked for them for 8 months. The manager Nicole was a micromanager and really knew nothing about what a maintenance worker did. She was very verbally abusive to the residents to the point where residents wouldn't talk to her anymore. She made working conditions very unbearable to the point where to work for her I was seriously consider working somewhere else The company expects a lot out of you for what little they give you.
