anyone who recommends these guys probably works for them
I worked for them for 8 months. The manager Nicole was a micromanager and really knew nothing about what a maintenance worker did. She was very verbally abusive to the residents to the point where residents wouldn't talk to her anymore. She made working conditions very unbearable to the point where to work for her I was seriously consider working somewhere else The company expects a lot out of you for what little they give you. Lived at one of their buildings for 3 years. Slumlord management, the maintenance people are the only ones who care about anything there. Literally threatened by a tenant with a gun and they beat on our door with it because our 50 pound dog barked at them from inside the apartment. Management and police did nothing, this is also after hundreds of break ins for package stealing and begging management for security cameras which weee never installed. Management offered for us to be homeless (leave the lease early unexpectedly) ... read more
