Worst people ever to rent from. All was well when it was supreme builders, but everything went down the drain when joseph property took over. Randomly started being charged for water, sewer, garbage and countless other things without telling us. They expect you to have renters insurance made for million dollar mansions. And if you don't that's another charge they tack on the rent. They take forever to address any maintenance you ask help for. Then they just slap a band aid on it and hope for the best. I live at Greenfield Park Apartments. Our unit is beautiful and we live the space. However, there are concerns. First of all, our property caretaker smells like cigarettes all the time and he calls me sweetheart, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, we received our lease renewal. And I am slow about signing these things. But all communication indicated that we had until the 30th to sign it. On the 29th, we get an email that we have not signed and are being converted to a month to month lease when our lease ends.... read more

Have not been helpful with our issues. Randomly add charges to rent. Office / building managers are nice but Joesph properties has been beating around the bush with us constantly.
