RecommendedMy wife and I have lived at Riverview Landing for over 4 years and have really enjoyed being a resident here. Beautiful property, excellent apartments, top notch views, access to everything that you need, and many other positive attributes. The staff is excellent as well. Always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance issues always addressed immediately and the office is in constant communication until an issue is resolved. If you are looking for an excellent apartment at a reasonable price, this is the place to be.
NEW UPDATE, Current Tenants Beware: I just received my lease renewal and am being charged a $100 annual amenities fee. WHAT? I already paid $300 ONE TIME fee when I moved in 2 years ago. To make matters worse I asked neighbors if they were charged this fee this year (2017) and nobody else was. How can this be legal? They are also passing on $50 inspection fee, also not charged others. Not to mention a $30 increase in rent for the smallest apartment that has NEVER had any upda...Continue Reading
The apartments are nice, as is the pool and gym. Ron the maintenance guy is an absolute star. However, the badly thought out, and newly installed dog-park makes living here now utterly painful if you find noise an issue. The constant barking is just too much and though we love our apartment we will be moving come renewal.
