Horrible, I got here at 8:30am and I have been waiting for almost 3 hours and they still have not checked me , DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!! 😡😖
I would give this practice zero stars if I could. My sister has had issues with them for over a year in which none of her texts or calls were ever returned, her meds never filled, and then they switched insurances without ever telling her?! I’ve left two messages desperately trying to receive answers as to why my sister is receiving absolutely no attention, and got (surprise surprise) no response. She has serious health conditions that have been ignored, and it’s pathetic this place even has 3 stars.

THE WORST. My mother fainted and they put her in the ambulance which was the right thing to do but they sent me to the wrong hospital all the way in Hackensack while she was only a couple blocks away In Hoboken. I called them multiple times and they sent me to voicemail. Thank God the people at the hospital finally gave me some type of direction to where my mother was at.
