I have had 2 experiences with the ED/Urgent Care in Westfield and both were wonderful!! One time I was confident we only needed urgent care, but the other I didn’t know....so the combo model was perfect!! I didn’t have to decide ED versus Urgent Care. My daughter was comforted when scared, the nurses were excellent, and the doctors were informative, thorough, and efficient! They were very patient with all the questions an 8 year old has 😉. Thank you!!
dr verhagen is a fantastic doctor. he is very caring and he will listen to you no matter long it takes. he is the best doctor I have ever had. just last week he took time to call me about a test I had done. his office was closed that day the office help are great. I have had some surgery at Riverview health they were great.

It is very difficult to get my husband to go to a doctor in the first place. Our first visit with Dr. Daniel Frick was awesome. He took all the time we needed to talk to him about my husband's (newly diagnosed) diabetes. We had a lot of questions. He was kind and compassionate with him. He did a full exam and prescribed medications to help him. We are very pleased. Thank you Dr. Frick!
I have taken some fantastic photos of the hospital that I’d like to share with you. I was a respiratory therapist there from 1978-1994! I went on to work at Tipton Memorial from 1994-2013. Loved both hospitals and my job.
Dr. Akira Barhams is wonderful! She listens to my concerns and takes my input into consideration when deciding on what's best for my care. She's warm and caring, and does whatever it takes to find the root of the problem and the best treatment.
Dr. Swathi Rao is an excellent doctor. Her advice is helpful and since I have been seeing her, I have gained greater control over my diabetes. She listens carefully and provides excellent care. Her staff is also very helpful with questions and medication refills.
