The sellers Richard and Cynthia are AMAZING!! Absolutely no complaints AT ALL about either of them! However the rest of our DR Horton experience has NOT been what they claimed to be aiming for when it comes to Customer service. Tons of issues within our home when we moved in, which no biggie, send warranty request and it should be good to go. However, I have numerous warranty claims not addressed, and now that our first year is up their communication has changed completely from "how can we help" to "our jobs done here". All ... read more
