Building is modern and nice to live in. Aside from some conveniences, what’s not convenient is that you don’t have full access to your own AC & heat. Each unit has their own thermostat but the company decides when to turn on & off the heater and AC. Really inconvenient when it’s 28 degrees and they haven’t turned on the AC and you’re waiting for the company’s approval of when they feel it’s appropriate to turn on the AC. In light of this past year's experience living here, I had to revise / retract my original review. I've experienced many unfortunate issues recently, causing undue stress, which has seriously impacted my emotional well-being. I believe we are all entitled to a comfortable and safe environment, which includes having access to water without so many scheduled full day interruptions. Pipeline has been leaking water on the floor for two days, with no one coming to fix it. We can’t use tap water and dishwasher in the kitchen. This building’s quality has been going down dramatically since Skyline’s taking over. Update: The problem is fixed thanks to Jay!
My designated parking spot has bern occupied by delivery vans several times this winter. Very very disappointing.
