In light of this past year's experience living here, I had to revise / retract my original review. I've experienced many unfortunate issues recently, causing undue stress, which has seriously impacted my emotional well-being. I believe we are all entitled to a comfortable and safe environment, which includes having access to water without so many scheduled full day interruptions. Pipeline has been leaking water on the floor for two days, with no one coming to fix it. We can’t use tap water and dishwasher in the kitchen. This building’s quality has been going down dramatically since Skyline’s taking over. Update: The problem is fixed thanks to Jay!
My designated parking spot has bern occupied by delivery vans several times this winter. Very very disappointing.
Worst company, stay away. Ever since skyline took over it's nonstop problems after problems.
Great community, humble people. Management team keeps the ball rolling with cleaning and awesome location. Its a new building so you won’t have issue with building and quality. Has gym and study room, and a balcony as well. Parking is open, they have closed parking as well but its a shaded not completely covered so in snowy day you get your share of snow on car, but its not that bad. Walmart is 7 min drive, cambridge hospital is 10 min, home depot, canada tire 10 min as well. 7-8 good restaurant just below the building. Situ... read more
