The apartment was good, but management has been very disappointing. We moved out and the new tenants moved in a few days before the end of our contract ended (end of July) and I talked with our property manager about it and she promised that we would get a prorated rent credit and it has been 2 weeks now and I have been ghosted, via text, call, and email. Apartment themselves are great, but the management company is ridiculous.
I don't know where to "start". When we signed the lease we were expecting to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We were then told they just gave away their last one and they only had a 2 bed 1 bath available. A week before the move in we received a text saying that our apartment is wheelchair accessible and the differences were big including way less storage. Now the big issue. I've only lived here for a month now, but WOW! Living here is such an upgrade, I feel super, super grateful we found this apartment. Especially moving from student housing in Provo, this is the first place I've lived where I really feel at home
I have no issue with the apartments themselves. They are nice and spacious. I wouldn’t recommend living here solely because any issues with your unit won’t get solved. Minor things that the apartment says they will provide like new lightbulbs is one minor example, but out dryer hasn’t worked for the last 6 months after several attempts to get help with the problem even after a contractor told us that the issue may be dangerous.
