We moved in about a year and a half ago. I was hesitant because of the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t jump to a conclusion because everything‘s been positive management is great and get work orders done in a prompt manner. I’ve never had any issues. It’s nice, peaceful and quiet here.
Here at Riverview House before my mom and I signed the lease I had my kids with me and my mom and I told management about my court ordered visitations on Wednesdays and every other weekend. They didn't have no problems with my daughters coming over for their visitation for a year and one month. The office personnel had my mother and I signed a secondary lease electronically was told the rules remained the same children can come over like they have been. Management is constantly bullying the elderly. Dads can't even have their children 4 days a month on a court order without being evicted. Management is complete trash and should all be fired immediately. They are also pending legal action. Do not move into this hell hole, you will regret it.
