I literally moved in the next day after seeing the apartment and applying. They were very efficient and it’s beautiful here. Maintenance is fast and everyone is so friendly. Happy to be a part of this community.

I had an issue with my washing machine and Jose Alejandro Coronado showed up right away and fixed it. He even cleaned up all the water from the leak and dried the area with a fan while repairing the broken washer. Fantastic service, prompt and thorough. Thank you.
I have lived at Riverview apartments for at least 5 years now and every time I need a maintenance request, I put in a request and they come right away. I am very pleased with Alejandro their maintenance guy, he is always so friendly and gets the job done quickly, thanks so much Riverview
Customer service is top notch here. The assistant property manager, Keller, is always very kind and welcoming. Her and the team always strive to go above and beyond for their tenants. I highly recommend this place!
