I was absolutely heartbroken when I saw my sister's 16-year-old cat this afternoon after his visit for a simple teeth extraction. (Even more so when you sent him home not even knowing he had been burned) He has severe burns and is in an extreme amount of pain. I just want to thank everyone here at this vet clinic. Everyone was so compassionate and nice. My sweet Isabelle had lymes and then went into kidney failure, she was only 6. We ended up having to put her down when she got very sick. After we got her cremated, the office made a ceramic ornament with her paw print in it and her name, along with a card in the mail. My little Westie Chloe was diagnosed with pancreatitis last week. She was a very sick little dog. Thanks to Dr. Simonson and her wonderful staff, Chloe has made a great recovery. She is eating well and back to her sweet little self. The crew at Riverview Animal Hospital take great care of their furry patients and their families!
I'd like to thank the staff of Riverview Animal Hospital for taking the time to do proper xrays of my dog. They were submitted to OFA and we got excellent news! I would highly recommend Dr. Simonson and her staff to any one looking for a new clinic.
Mr. Wiggles and Lucy met Dr.Simonson and realky liked her. Wiggles is now up to date with shots and had his teeth cleaned very good check up.
I was very impressed by their services, we had a slight emergency with a "Hot Spot" and was able to get in the someday and actually be done in about 1.5 hours with them having to put my dog to sleep to take care of, very impressed! More Vet's should be like this..
