I thought it was reasonably priced. I have dealt with veterinarians that charged an arm and a leg and would try to sell you unnecessary services when all you come in for is a simple rabies vaccination.
Had these folks looked deeper into why my dog was sick they would have discovered that her bladder had slipped through a hole in the body wall. I will be contacting the better business Bureau and will place a complaint with them since Dr Carmi Simonson did not bother to return my calls!
Staff is always very kind and welcoming and my dog has received the best and loving care! Thank you!
We bring our guinea pig here to get his nails clipped and my son asks a million questions each time. So many that I'm sure our piggie pretty much gets a full check up each time, lol. They happily answer his questions and only charge for the clipping. Great caring people here for sure, and I appreciate their patience with my over-protective animal parent of a son, lol.
Outstanding customer service and professionalism from Dr. Carmi and her entire staff. Every time I call to set up an appointment, I'm greeted with a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. We have had a couple of difficult situations come up over the last six months. The situations happened after hours and on the weekend. Dr. Carmi sacrificed her personal time and met us at Riverview. All Staff members and Carmi were kind and informative about what to expect with our kitty getting spayed. I really appreciated the wonderful service we received and how well our baby furball was cared for.
Dr Simonson and her team are amazing! My pug was severely sick, he wasn't able to urinate but after finding bladder stones, and removing them he is back to normal!
