I have to give them 5 stars because their customer service is outstanding! There were a few minor issues, but the owner personally called me and even came to my home to introduce himself. He apologized for the miscommunication and assured me they will work on improving it. Plus, he added an outside keypad at no extra charge and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I reached out to them to replace my garage door arm assembly that was bent due to hurricane and was willing to pay a premium to repair same day. Guy came regular clothes in a Toyota corolla was nice but prices for a simple 15 min repair was $375 and trying pretty hard to upsell a new spring which mine was fine. Ended up buying These parts on amazon for less than $30 and took me 15 min to fix.
