Just went in yesterday for my semi-annual cleaning. I'm pretty attentive to my annual visits and have had great experience with this practice. My hygienist is Judy. She's the best hygienist I've ever had. Always on time. Great and thorough job. Knowledgeable and obviously cares about my dental health. This is a large practice. Multiple dentists so emergencies can be handled quickly. I highly recommend Pleasant Family Dentistry.
As always Melissa did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The staff is always professional, caring, and efficient. If you have to go to a dentist, this is the place!
I'm in between dental insurance right now, so I went in JUST for a cleaning. I didn't want a dentist exam, x-rays or anything else. They happily complied! I explained I'll have insurance again in a few months and that we can start scheduling other dental work once I have coverage. They gave me no argument at all. I was glad to get in/out with a cleaning, but without the lectures. Came in to finish a root canal and was let in even though i was about 15 minutes late. Didn't feel a thing the entire time and they made sure to ask if I was ok multiple times. Staff was really nice as always.

I called at 8 and had an appt for 10 due to extreme tooth pain and sensitivy. Went into my exam room right at 10 and was taken care of immedietly. The assistant was very careful during x rays because i couldn't bite the device like usual. The dentist was also as careful as possible when examing my teeth being careful not to cause discomfort. I was seen the same day that I called, complaining about a painful tooth that had been on my watch list. Dr. Steven Christoflakis was very kind in his assessment and I will be returning for a root canal, though with another dentist. I felt very cared for and trusted the assessment completely. One of the appealing things about this practice is that there are several dentists and one or another will see you if needed. No waiting weeks to get an issue resolved.
