Amber did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was patient, concerned, and careful, and my teeth looked great when I got home!
Excellent 1st vist, but could have cut down on the total time....2 hours for 1st consult and cleaning could have been 1 to 1.25 hours. Waited in chair for 15 minutes at one point.
Very knowleagible staff, personable, and seems to enjoy what they do. It's always relaxing and comfortible when I visit. Doc J and staff pay a lot of attention to details.
I have never felt so welcome at a dentist office, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Dr. J and staff are so knowledgeable, they really try to make the experience of taking care of cavities a good experience. Really, didn't believe it either.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service that is given at PFD. Dr Carimi did a wonderful job. His assistant Barbara was great she made sure I comfortable and kept me informed. Thanks for working with me on payments as well. You guys are the best. I had previous visit that I forgot to review on, and again Dr Carimi was great and Chelsey keep me smiling. Although 25 minutes late to get treated, my appointment was very courteous and professional. I feel that I received excellent treatment.
Once again, this "dental coward" was very happily surprised . The deep cleaning went smoothly. I have the other side yet to be done, and I will not be nervous at all next time. Y'all are the absolute best!!!! Thank you for putting the patient first.
All was well until I went to pay and was told I owed double what I was told it would cost. Someone had said something different was done.
