My family has been going to Pleasant Family Dentistry since we moved here 13 years ago. The experience is always exceptional and yesterday was no different. I appreciate the level of service and the overall quality of care for myself, my husband and all my children! I highly recommend them!
I was "pleasantly" surprised at how sensitive the staff & Dr. Johnson is to my specific needs. I usually get very anxious before a dental procedure & before I started coming here I would need to get "gas" to help alleviate this. Lisa, my Dental Hygienist, explained how extremely gentle Dr. Johnson is & suggested we try without the "gas." She was right! I told Dr. Johnson afterwards that I didn't even feel the injection! He went very slowly, gauging my reactions, & I would highly recommend these compassionate professionals !!
I wrote the post below above being fully unsatisfied with my crown work at first. I will say that at this point I am fully satisfied with the work of the dentist office. After writing my previous post they actually took the time to review it and contact me. They worked with me to get the issue corrected.
