Friendly staff, patient focused, relaxed atmosphere.
Amber made me feel at ease and relaxed. She thoroughly checked everything and was very gentle with my sensitive areas - I didn't wince once! I got some good care tips from her and came out with all my teeth feeling good and clean.
I have been a patient at Mount Pleasant Family for a number of years and the experience has always been super positive. The staff is always friendly and professional. After a hard day of work, the last thing you want is a bad day at the dentist.
My first visit to Pleasant Family Dentistry was like visiting with old friends. From the time I walked in and was given a tour of the facility, then meeting with my hygienist and dentist I was completely at easy and knew I was receiving the best of care possible. I can't imagine going any place else. My thanks to all of you for you outstanding care and customer service.
This was my first time at your office. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the technology. You have a well-oiled machine, but also provide a personal touch so that I felt very comfortable and appreciated. I'm very glad to have found you. I may even start going to the dentist every six months!
