I love pleasant family dentistry. Dr Carimi and Perri are the bomb.com!! Everyone is so friendly and Nadia rocks at the front!!
I have been coming here for many many years and this is the first time I had a horrible experience. The staff in the back was wonderful but your front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. No one took the time to explain why the cost was so high and then demanded my money when I first walked in the door, never took the time to explain your new policy of paying up front. A very pleasant experience.
Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable! Also the staff is super nice, easy to talk to, and will take the time to sit with you and let you ask a million questions!
Dr. Carimi always explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. His assistant was excellent! Very pleasant experience!

PFD is awesome! I love the cool sunglasses and that I was about to watch cartoons during the appointment. It didn't hurt at all! And the best part was the treasure chest, super awesome prizes!
