RecommendedFirst off Nikki was my service rep and she was very nice. Second: cost 275$ to find corrosion on the battery ground when they were told up front that the battery had just been replaced the day before. You would think they would have chased that down first thing. But critical thinking is not taught in schools now so.... idk. At least they were honest about it and didn’t charge me for some part I actually didn’t need. So yes I will take my car back. It is a Toyota so... Where else is there to trust?
