Service is poor and place is dirty. Poor pain control after a procedure with not a care given. 10/10 do not recommend.
Don't trust what they tell you about billing. When I arrived at the clinic I was asked to make a payment and was told that it would be the only payment I would have to make throughout the entire process. I paid it. Then a few weeks later, surprise, an additional bill arrived in the mail. After literally months of leaving voicemails and getting no response, I finally spoke to a "manager" who explained that the clinic charges some amounts and the doctors charge others and that the person who told me that I'd only pay one bill ... read more
Required almost $3,000 up front and would not do the surgery without upfront payment. When I explained that would be difficult I was told I could use a crefit card. I was told they didn't accept monthly payments, had no financial assistance, and they wouldn't do the procedure without the up front payment. My wife had a procedure done today. I can't say enough about the wonderful care she received. From check - in to discharge it was seamless. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and very efficient. We were already impressed by her doctor but the care given here was wonderful in addition.
