Yesterday I took my Outback to Rivertown for the first time for warranty and body work. I just moved to this area. Michael in Service was great! He got my recall work completed quickly and coordinated getting my car to the collision center for the body work. The customer service has been outstanding!
RecommendedThe guys up front were polite and helpful. I let them know I was going out of town on a trip. But , I had ask that they please make sure that they top off the reservoirs (windshield) +. Washing the car I know is a curtesy , but they didn’t go below the door handles. ( stains left) I will return to Rivertown Suburu for my oil changes, but wish them to do their full service. Thanks

BEST car buying experience ever! I LOVE my Outback! Tim was amazing - honest, knowledgeable, professional and patient. The rest of the team went over and beyond too. Got a 60,000 mile recommended service and new tire in just a few hours. I got 60,000 miles on tires only rated for 40,000 miles. The service department’s attention to even the smallest detail makes me feel soooo much safer when I am on the highway. Just ask for Zack or Ariel and relax in their comfort customer waiting area, while they take care of your every need

I liked everything, except service took more than two hours just for oil and filter change with tire rotation. It should not take more than an hour.
