Oil change was fine. However when they rotated my tires they didn’t tighten my drivers side front tire. When I got home the tire was almost off and I could hand tighten the bolts. The tire could have come all the way off and I had my 1 year old daughter in the car. 100% unacceptable.

I meant to grab some bandanas for my canine passengers - I love that they are so pet friendly! Next time I’ll be sure to bring them one home so they feel special, too!
