For anyone looking to buy one of their homes I highly suggest not. We just purchased a home about a year and half ago. Our neighbors/community are extremely upset at the extreme low quality of the homes built. And then we find out the contractor that worked on our row that they used was fired?! Went to model during posted business hours. Hubby got off work early to meet me. We came clear from the other side of town as well. sign on door says call agent. when I did was informed that they are having a company wide meeting and I would have to make appointment. seriously? Your website says appoinments on Tuesdays and wednesdays. It is Monday and the posted hours are 1 to 6. When your customer service experience is this terrible before you even see a model rest assured this is not the builder you want to buy from.
