Husband Was called about doing a Pull ahead lease on truck. New truck selected husband signed paperwork. Turns out no pull ahead was applied and so he ended up leasing 2 vehicles one that stayed on the lot, for 3 months. River town waited until after the lease was Over to do the paperwork causing an additional month extension on the lease. Beware. Never again!
I have to say I had the best customer service at Rivertown Buick GMC. They were all so kind and knowledge when buying our new Vehicle. They made the process easy and less stressful! I will definitely being back when I need another new car!!

Amazing sales and service!
Went in for a recall, oil change, issue with air vent, and navigation not working. Everything was fine, except the navigation. First of all, the nav hasn't worked properly when bought new. Took it in, and they replaced something. Still has issues. Works when it wants to. Today though, the so called, "expert" said, it was because the SD card on/off tab on the card was off. Nav was working again. Most likely it was because he pulled the card out, and reinstalled. I knew that, cause that seems what you have to do to get it to w... read more
