I spent a small fortune on my repairs. After doing so and getting my vehicle back, I noticed my shades weren’t on the visor where I left them prior to leaving my truck. I contacted my service advisor, who I’m certain wouldn’t take my glasses or anyone else’s, immediately to tell him my shades were gone. Consider that my priority was to get wife a car with features she wanted for best price. Tell customer that there is wording on contract that says (You signed and cannot change once signed). I knew better. Wife had not had lunch, sugar was low, we were pressed for time on most important part. Did not see final numbers, and statement until 2 hour drive, got son from daycare, then home. Only problem we encountered was that we scheduled an appointment for an oil change and while there added a tire rotation. We were told we would be notified when the car was ready. We were notified after about two hours that it was ready for pickup and a bill was emailed to us. Upon viewing the bill, we noticed no tire rotation was done. Called the service department and found out it was not added to the service ticket so it would be done within a couple of hours.
