We went to The Rivertown Bistro tonight for the first time, anniversary "date night", and it was fantastic! Our service was phenomenal! We were greeted by polite and friendly staff and our waitress Danielle provide exceptional service, along with making fabulous menu suggestions. I never would have tried the shrimp and sausage meal if she didn't suggest it. The only disappointment we have is that we hadn't tried Rivertown Bistro before this evening.
Horrible service. It took an hour to get our food while my drink was empty the entire time. When we finally got our food my hamburger was loaded with grease and had soaked the burnt bun. I will never recommend this terrible place to anyone.
This is a fantastic restaurant with the best chef in Horry County if you don't try it you're really missing out.
I don't know what all the fuss is about on these previous ratings.. I love this restaurant. Every time I have dined here I have had a great experience. The staff is always welcoming and beyond helpful. The food is always tasty! Of course they're busy. This is one of the best restaurants in the area, I should know, I've lived in Myrtle Beach my entire life. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!
Both mothers along with my hubby and myself went to the bistro tonight for my hubby's birthday and it was the worse meal I have ever had there and we've eaten there many times. I had the prawn special which was not only fishy smelling but tasted like it wasn't done. My mothers fried seafood platter was cold. The only decent thing I had was the blondie dessert. Ummmm.....Incredible. No, unbelievable. Actually, the place is indescribable, in an incredibly unbelievable way.
First time at Rivertown Bistro. AMAZING! Everything was awesome. I ordered the fried chicken salad bowl with the spring roll appetizer. Delicious�
Had a Bridal luncheon there..the food was outstanding! The BBQ chicken, veg., mac-n-cheese noodle cake was out of this world!!! The double chocolate whiskey pie was a bonus too!..The staff was professional and so helpful ..I found nothing wrong with this place..but I was stuffed ( my fault).lol
