I’ve been living here for two years now. It’s in a great location and is very well maintained. Tami is always helpful, resolves any issues quickly, and is truly kind.
I understand I fell behind on payments, and I take responsibility for that. What has been devastating is how quickly my unit was cleared out despite my consistent communication and ongoing efforts to resolve the balance. I never disappeared or ignored the situation. I stayed in contact with the facility, explained my circumstances, and had always followed through and caught the account back up in the past. Excelente atención
Just rented a unit at the Riverton location. The unit and property are very nice and clean. The lady in the front office Tami was very kind and helpful. Update- I always stop by the office if I see tami in there just to say hi. She will brighten anybody day!
