The whole Public Storage business model needs a revamp, starting with this place. I called the central number to rent a unit, and the agent offered me one that was the wrong dimensions. They then connected me to the local manager and I made arrangements to see a unit that might work. I drove 45 minutes to the location, and no one was there. I called the number, got the call center, was transferred to the local number and - voice mail. No call back. Nothing. Colossal waste of time.
