Plenty of parking and staff are great. The "IT" programs could use updating as check-in is slow and repetitive as well as the banding of patients. Getting out of the parking lot is difficult at times since they are so close to the highway entrance.
Scheduling was really easy and I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after reaching out. The staff were all super friendly and were able to make it a positive experience for me and the family.
Everyone was very friendly and helped my son feel comfortable.
Ironic that they don't have family restrooms in a children's hospital anymore. This is legit insane.
