I came in with urinary, back, and abdominal pain and incontinence. I had been treated at InstaCare for severe dehydration and kidney infection and after three days was referred to the ER. When my labs showed blood in my urine but no infection they decided to send in a social worker and concluded I needed no pain management or treatment. I would like to Thank all the people who cared for my Mom during her stay there. In this stressful time it made me feel better knowing she was good and safe while I couldn't be there. After being transferred from IMC in Murray she was overwhelmed and tired. But all her nurses and Doctors to xray techs were all nice and patient. I also want want to just thank the hospital staff who keep it clean and sanitized. You all are very appreciated. My mom was taken to the ER for dizziness, nausea, and cold sweats. She could not get up to walk. They were so worried about COVID that when all her tests came back normal the doctor confirmed it had to be COVID and they were done and she needed to go home until test came back. She called me to tell me this and to pick her up. I told her that her test had come in and it was negative. The ER staff was the best ever! The surgery room staff was great!
I've visited their surgical center for knee surgery and their ER with my daughter over the past couple of years, and in both cases I/we felt well taken care of. Their nursing staff is especially great!
I delivered my son at Riverton Hospital at the end of March. I was nervous because of everything surrounding COVID-19, but the entire staff in labor & delivery was absolutely amazing, as well as all the staff after we were transferred to our room. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped get my son here safely. Excellent care and excellent caring staff.
checked in my son two days ago and was told that they would let'use know what the test results would be for the virus two days later we find out that they canceled his test because he has a sinus infection but he traveled out of country in January and lives with his 84 year old grandmother and still don't know anything because we can't be there with him to ask questions
