Great customer service, Fisher was our sales person.
Bought a 2021 Ford because our family is growing and total nightmare. Carfax looked clean, but Ford records show the transmission was rebuilt 4 times! Finance guy pushed their warranty, then told me “don’t call when it breaks down.” None of this was disclosed. Completely unethical and dishonest. Luckily still under factory warranty, but I’d never buy from them again.
We had a great buying experience at Riverton Chevrolet. Professional and courteous staff, outstanding facilities, and a low stress and easy experience.
