I accompanied my daughter who was looking for and townhouse at Riverstone trails townhouses. I was so impress with the perfectionism and interaction of the manager and staff. I was very comfortable and the manager was very welcoming and overall a pleasant visit. I know my daughter will be happy living there she could not have pick a better place to live. Thank you Ms Natosha you are a true blessing.
The staff is amazing, welcoming and very helpful. I must say just based off the staff professionalism and attentiveness I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. The way the manager Natosha interacts with the residents on the property speaks volumes, they love her. I am so glad to make this my home and I can not wait to move in. Thank you staff for all your help with move transition.
Soooo..After reading all the reviews on here, I don't get how anyone can say anything negative about the property manager at all. Natosha jumped through major hoops for me. I never thought I'd get a call so soon after applying for Section 811 and I was so excited when I did. I had been homeless for months living in a vehicle. I never thought it was going to end but when I first went in to fill out paperwork, Natosha not only made me feel welcome but she was right there with me the whole the way through such a long process. Great place to live.straight up great management, and team they treat people with love and respect I wouldn’t change it unless I had to.you know,I love Riverstone Trails ,but they have to do something with the neighbors bro dogs using the bathroom in front of doors windows in not even thinking of picking it up some of these tenants should have never been picked to move in Facts I’m about to flip man every morning his dog in private space and I’m steady making reports but nothing
