Wonderful!!!! Hot stone is my favorite. Doris is awesome.
First of all, my masseuse, Stacy was great! She was knowledgeable about the muscles and listened to what I wanted. The part that was not so great was the other staff. They have a relaxation room you can go in and they kept coming in and out, so not really relaxing. The biggest part that made me mad was they asked if 20 percent tip was ok, and I said yes. I had also purchased some oils for the Bath. They charged my card the same amount of tip as my massage cost! After I told them their error, they acted like they didn’t know ... read more
Third time we have stayed here...and it has yet to disappoint!! Wonderful time!!
A beautiful resort! Rooms were clean and huge. Parking was good, along with well kept premises. The halls and elevator were very clean. So close to everything, yet very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!
After changing rooms several times we gave up and settled on a room that had damaged appliances, gouged floors and a broken fireplace.. While the front desk tried, they don't control how the units are maintained. If you want a Coke or anything go to the store FIRST because there is nothing available here. I suggest they do a complete overhaul of the units .. But I will not stay here again
I have stayed here since about 2000. This is a pricey stay and well worth it. The Condo is Very Nice and quite. It's a luxury resort so it is priced accordingly. Never have i had anything that was brought to their attention not corrected or addressed. So my stays including this one 1-19-18 is spot on. I am a hard working man and don't waste my money. This Riverstone resort/Condos are THE BEST. PERIOD........ I KNOW FOR A FACT IF YOU TREAT THEM WELL. THEY WILL TREAT YOU BETTER.... So it's a HIGH 5 FOR ME.... AND MY FAMILY... ... read more
