Amazing/homey rooms, the lazy river was lots of fun!

The place is immaculate! Was so impressed. Very nicely furnished and extremely clean. I guess u can tell I like it! Lol
Just got back home from staying in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king size beds. This is by far the best hotel my family has ever stayed at. My expectations were high after I saw a video on YouTube of a walkthrough of a 2 Bedroom suite. Once I got to RiverStone and saw everything in person it exceeded my expectations. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Quiet resort. Good beds, because sleeping away from home can be hard. Plus it is centrally located without being in the Parkway.
We have stayed here a lot but Crystal helped with my reservations this time she went above and beyond to help me had everything set up she even had a little gift in my room waiting on me. she really is the best and sweetest and tosha checked me in those girls are so nice and very helpful what a great stuff. I would definitely recommend this place to other people Customer service is everything.
Clean rooms but we booked a king room condo with sleeper sofa for 3 people. Sleeper sofa is horrible. Can feel the springs poking thru the mattress. My daughter could not sleep on it as a bed. Paid a lot for this room and she had to sleep on a couch� informed front desk two times and they apologised but didn't offer to make it right other than maybe get housekeeping to bring us a topper to see if that helped.
