Amazing banquet facility. 24 hour indoor pool and fitness center.....and a full service spa second to none!!!!

Highly recommend RiverStone Resort!! We’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints!! All the amenities of home!! We’ve only stayed in a 1 bedroom condo but they are a great size!!
We had a highly inconvenient issue that occurred and ultimately we checked out early on Sunday . The customer service manager was supposed to call my fiancé back Monday morning after she talked to her general manager about some kind of compensation for the issue. We never received a call back. We were not expecting a refund for previous night, but when you cause an inconvenience for a customer and ruin their family trip, you could have at least offered a percentage off a future stay or at minimum called us back like promised... read more
Love this place! Like being at home, but not at home.
Great weekend getaway! Our unit was clean and beautiful! Very convenient to dining and shopping but far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Loved everything about it!

VERY impressed! The resort and spa is exactly like the pictures! Very close to the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet far enough away for the quite retreat we were seeking. Took several walks around the resort on the paved walking paths. Very clean, constantly noticed resort employees cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Workout room and indoor pool were both very clean and for safety could only be accessed with your resort key. We will 100% stay again in the future! Thank you for an awesome vacation!
